Founders
Lilliana Armaiz
Lilliana Armaiz was born in April 1981 in Manatí, Puerto Rico, and is the second of three sisters. She spent her childhood between Puerto Rico and Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she completed her secondary education. She later studied medical billing and accounting and became certified as a Life Coach.

Lilliana Armaiz was born in April 1981 in Manatí, Puerto Rico, and is the second of three sisters. She spent her childhood between Puerto Rico and Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she completed her secondary education. She later studied medical billing and accounting and became certified as a Life Coach.
She has a deep love for writing, music, and worship. She is a composer, musician, and worship leader. At a young age, together with her sisters, she was part of a musical production that blessed and impacted many lives—an experience that helped shape her heart for ministry and creativity.
Her passion for family unity has been a central part of her journey, and for more than 13 years she has dedicated herself to strengthening and promoting this value in the lives of others.
Alongside her husband, Alberto Mariño, she has served in ministry as an administrative pastor, educator, and spiritual counselor, walking alongside many families, couples, and individuals as they grow spiritually and personally.
She is the founder of Hope in the Family, through which she supports families, couples, children, and single parents in strengthening their relationships, overcoming challenges, and building homes rooted in love, faith, and strong values.
Currently, they are pastors at Hogar de Favor, where they continue serving and shepherding families with dedication and love.
She is also in a new season as a writer, expressing her experiences and life lessons through her writing, inspired by the moments that have shaped her journey and her family’s story.
Alberto Marino Colon
Alberto Mariño Colón was born in November 1980 in Puerto Rico and is the second of three siblings. He grew up in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, where he completed his education at the Discípulos de Cristo academy. He later attended the University of Puerto Rico, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. He also went on to receive a

In addition to his passion for teaching, he has a strong interest in the arts, where he has participated in acting and the creation of various theatrical works. During his university years, he was actively involved in the Christian Student Fellowship, an organization he later had the opportunity to preside over. He also served in chaplaincy work within several correctional institutions in Puerto Rico, providing spiritual guidance and support to many individuals.
His commitment to family unity has been a consistent part of his life, dedicating more than 13 years to strengthening this foundational value within the families and communities he serves.
Alongside his wife, Lilliana Armaiz, he has served in ministry as a pastor, educator, and spiritual counselor, walking alongside families, couples, and individuals in their spiritual and personal growth.
Together with his wife, he is the co-founder of the corporation Hope in the Family, through which they support families, couples, children, and single parents in strengthening their relationships, overcoming challenges, and building homes rooted in love, faith, and strong values.
Currently, he and his wife serve as pastors at Hogar de Favor, where they continue to fulfill their pastoral calling and minister to families in their spiritual journey.

Founded by Lilliana Armaiz, our organization was created from a passion for serving families, encouraging unity, and helping communities experience healing, growth, and purpose.
